My Review:

I will start off by saying I am not ready for this series to come to an end. I feel like in every book you find something to love about a main character or dislike about a sub-character in the book. In this book is was very much the same. Can we just smack some sense into Holden, Shane and Kendall, lol. I really liked Rhett he was this down to earth feel to him who wants better and is willing to do just about anything to make it happen. Olivia is hands down my favorite Monroe so far, she did not put up with a whole lot and was full of sassiness. I also found my self laughing a lot in this book between Sonny and Rhett’s grandpa you just never know what was going to come out of their mouth next. I really don’t have anything negative to say this book was a fun read and well worth it. Its also a quick read, this author did not disappoint one bit. I received a complimentary copy of this book. The Sweetheart Deal Miranda Liasson

Description:

From the bestselling author of the Angel Falls series, two enemies say “I do” in the first irresistible book about Blossom Glen.

Pastry chef Tessa Montgomery knows what everyone in the teeny town of Blossom Glen says about her. Spinster. Ice Queen. Such a shame. It’s enough to make a woman bake her troubles away, dreaming of Parisian delicacies while she makes bread at her mother’s struggling boulangerie. That is until Tessa’s mortal enemy—deliciously handsome (if arrogant) chef Leo Castorini, who owns the restaurant next door—proposes a business plan…to get married.

Leo knows that the Castorinis and the Montgomerys hate each other, but a marriage might just force these stubborn families to work together and blend their businesses for success. The deal is simple: Tessa and Leo marry, live together for six months, and then go their separate ways. Easy peasy.

It’s a sweetheart deal where everyone gets what they want—until feelings between the faux newlyweds start seriously complicating the mix. Have they discovered the perfect recipe for success…or is disaster on the way?

My Review:

I thought this book was super cute. I liked Tessa she was super independent and knew what she wanted but struggled to know how to get there but still be there for her family. Early on in the book I so wanted to slap her sisters but the more I read I was so glad that they were more active in Tessa’s life. Leo on the other hand had to grow on me, I felt like early on he was stuck up and a punk but like the sisters the more I read the author has away of making you see the best in all the characters. I liked how nothing was going to stop these two from doing what was right for their families. Overall I would totally recommend this book, it just was a fun read and was hard to put down.

“This is a novel you’ll want to read over and over again.” – USA Today

My Review:

I really really wanted to like this book over all but was not a huge fan. I liked Morty, Tilly, and John I mean who doesn’t enjoy some old folks who love to meddle. I Liked Grace while she seemed like a fighter in a sense she seem to come off as a push over more then not when it came to certain people. Noah was just a jerk I really wanted to like him but. his brother and best friend were a lot nicer to me. I liked some of the story line but I also felt like it dragged some as well. Overall it was cute but just not the book for me.

To stay in the game, they’ll each need a bride by the end of the rodeo.

Nico Steel is on the run from her family, her fortune, and her unwitting role in the corporate scandal of a generation. After cooperating with the FBI and the New York state attorney’s office to right the wrongs, she drives across the country, desperate for peace and reinvention. One impulsive stop at a saloon along with a dance with a sexier-than-sin cowboy and suddenly Nico’s learning to shoot whiskey and agreeing to be a stranger’s fake fiancée for the week.

They’re both players, so it’s a win-win—unless one of them loses their heart.

My Review:

I liked this book the characters where fun. However I did feel like about half way through the book dragged a little bit. I liked how both Nico and Bodhi each were facing something yet didn’t feel enough to share with others and continued to fight for what they felt was right. I liked Nico at the beginning she seemed like this sweet soul and she felt like she was had to hide who she really was. I felt Bodhi was fighting himself for most of the book and I wish he would have been more open sooner with Nico. This book does have adult language and situations and may not be suitable for all readers.

My Review:
I feel like reading is an escape and adventure you go on between the pages and new places to travel. That was the case in the book the author had a way of making you feel like you were right there in the midst of it all with the characters watching it play out. I like Fraceen she had a huge heart to help women and babies but always try to find healing from something in her past. Scott seemed to be struggling on the journey of life and where it was taking him and what was next. However the relationship he had with his sister Sindy had me laughing. This book does contain adult situations and language so my not be suitable for all. Overall a fun read! I received a complimentary copy of this book. I found this book sweet. while I don’t have sisters I can imagine having close relationship and helping each other through tough spots in life when you feel like no one else it there for you. I liked Gabi she had a huge heart and always wanting to see things work out for everyone who she loved dearly. Jake has a heart for one sister and will stop at nothing to show her his love is real. Sunrise is the first explosive volume in a new nail-biting series from USA Today bestselling author Susan May Warren.

My Review:

I will say this as if you’re a friend and I’m telling you my thoughts. I really enjoyed this book and this author. I feel like every time I read anything from her she has a way of putting you right there in the middle and watching it all play out in front of you. There was So much pain between Echo and Dodge as well as pain in their personal lives they needed to work through. But sometimes working towards a common goal that seems to throw you together may help you see things differently. The author truly had me staying up late just to finish this book and see where she took me on the journey next. Overall this book is so worth the read and I can’t wait to see what she has in store for more of these characters. I received a complimentary copy of this book. A Royal Christmas Fairy Tale Karen Schaler

Description:

A “sweet Christmas charmer…” – Publishers Weekly

From the three-time Emmy Award-winning writer of Netflix sensation A Christmas Prince and Hallmark’s Christmas Camp, comes this heartwarming, feel-good Christmas romance about the power of believing in yourself to find your happily ever after…

A charming Christmas village, a storybook castle, a royal ball, and a gorgeous prince are the last things New York City reporter Kaylie Karlyle expects to find on her holiday freelance assignment to Europe. But when the family she’s interviewing turns out to be the royal family of Tolvania, Kaylie has a meltdown when the quirky queen wants her to write a Christmas fairy tale for the spunky, young princess. Kaylie must battle the princess’s father, who doesn’t trust the media, and her own insecurities about writing anything beyond the news.

To spark inspiration for the fairy tale, the queen recruits the prickly Prince Alexander to show Kaylie the family’s most spectacular royal holiday traditions. And sparks definitely fly when the only thing Kaylie and the prince agree on is that they’re both more “bah humbug” than “ho, ho, ho.”

But somewhere between sleigh rides and snow angels, merrymaking and mistletoe, upside-down Christmas trees, and a legendary Christmas crown, Kaylie and the prince open their hearts to Christmas and start believing in themselves and each other. It’s a real-life fairy tale in the making until Kaylie discovers a secret about a royal Christmas heirloom that jeopardizes everyone’s happily ever after. Can the magic of the season save this holiday happy ending?

Bonus Content: Includes exclusive delicious royal-themed Christmas recipes and holiday activities.

My Review:

This book reminded me from the beginning of a hallmark movie. You have the push, pull and the misunderstanding., you have love, fun and a spunky princess and queen. I loved the princess she spoke her mind and never filtered anything coming out of her mouth which made her such a sweet honest girl. The queen was also fun because she wanted what was best for her family but she also felt like the most loving person to everyone around her. Kaylie seemed like she knew what she wanted in her heart but it seemed her heart and head just didn’t match up. I was not a huge fan of Alex why I understood his need to be cautious but he just came off like a jerk. Over all this book was a clean read and it was fun and really puts you in the Christmas spirit for sure.

Description:

Heiress Madeline Love has one last chance to impress her father and organize the perfect Christmas—their last one as a family before her father weds a younger woman and forgets about his only daughter. Madeline wants to create some much-needed family memories in their historic Montana ranch that she’s always loved. All she needs is the help of one man, Seth Casey, ranch builder to the rich and famous, to give the neglected ranch a quick holiday facelift.

Contractor and architect Seth Casey has dreamed about buying the dilapidated Love property and restoring it to its former glory since he was old enough to swing a hammer. But when he finally gets the long-awaited call, it’s not what he hoped for. The ranch is not for sale and the design the pampered, poor little rich girl requests is all wrong for the historic property.

Can they put their differences aside in order to make this a Christmas to remember?

My Review:

I have not read any of the other books in this series but if they are as fun as this one then I know I am missing out. I loved Savannah she wants what’s best for her kids no matter what and she loves them fiercely. With out giving anything away I liked how the author kept things real there was no big “misunderstanding” I liked how even though Maddie comes from money the characters felt very real and very much like you are catching up with friends. Seth and his only “one favors” made me laugh because at first it didn’t make since and made you go hmmm but once the author disclosed the meaning behind it, it felt more like a inside joke between the characters. Overall this story was super cute and a fun read. I received a complimentary copy of this book. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.

 Montana Cowboy Miracle Jane Porter

Description:

This Christmas he’s confronting the past…

Wyoming rancher Cade Hunt rents a room in Marietta for the month of December for one purpose—to unravel the mysteries of his past. He’s not interested in the local Christmas festivities, even though his pretty landlord Merri Bradley is more appealing than any woman he can remember.

After losing her husband far too early, hospice nurse Merri has dedicated her life to caring for the grief-stricken during their final goodbyes. She loves her busy and fulfilling life and has no time for a brooding cowboy during her favorite time of year. Yet Cade is tempting, and she’s technically his hostess.

But Marietta is full of Christmas magic and miracles. Soon Cade is embraced by the family he didn’t know he had—a grandfather and four Wyatt cowboy cousins. For the first time in his life, Cade has a sense of belonging and the desire to set down roots if only he can convince Merri that second chances are the best chance for their own happily ever after.

My Review:

So far I haven’t found a book that is in Marietta MT that I don’t like, I feel like its coming home. That was very much the case with this book. I feel like I was catching up with friends and settling in for a fun adventure ahead. I really liked both characters why they both faced there own adversities they both helped those that meant the world to them and helped any one that crossed there path the may be in a tight spot. I loved Merri she had such a huge heart and was just really hard not to like. Cade really tugged at my heart strings he was looking to feel like he belonged somewhere but he just needed to know where that was. I feel like there is more adventures ahead in Marietta and I can’t wait to see where the author takes this family next. I received a complimentary copy of this book.
